Sales Admin

  • Sales Support: Provide comprehensive support to the Sales team, including following up on leads, scheduling appointments, and assisting with proposal development.

  • Executive Support: Manage the manager's calendar, schedule meetings, and attend meetings to take accurate notes.

  • Project Management: Assist with proposal preparation, ensuring all necessary information is included and presented professionally.

  • Client Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with existing clients, handling inquiries and providing support.

  • Reporting & Organization: Prepare weekly reports for management meetings and generate daily reports for the Director.

  • Team Leadership: Oversee and manage the day-to-day activities of other office staff.

  • Communication & Collaboration: Maintain open communication with colleagues, clients, and external partners.

  • Office Management: Ensure the smooth operation of the office by handling administrative tasks like filing, creating presentations, and managing office supplies.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Office Administrator or similar role.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.

  • Proactive and detail-oriented approach with a commitment to accuracy.

  • Positive attitude, professionalism, and a willingness to learn.

- Monday to Friday

- 8AM to 5PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
