  • Conduct outbound calls and virtual meetings to engage with prospects, understand their requirements, and promote our products and services.

  • Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries and concerns.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies for achieving sales targets.

  • Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.

  • Keep accurate records of interactions with customers and update the CRM system accordingly.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

  • Proven experience in tele-sales or a similar role, preferably in the mechanical engineering industry.

  • Strong technical aptitude with a good understanding of mechanical products and services.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.

  • Proficiency in using various computer applications and online search tools.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
